Cancellation and refund policy
Last updated: 14 September 2026
1. General rule
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service, the provider, the reseller, the event and the date concerned.
Unless stated otherwise: any cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date of the service is non refundable.
2. Cancellation at least 7 days in advance
A cancellation made at least 7 calendar days before the service may give rise to a refund where the service concerned is eligible for one. The refundable amount depends on the conditions applicable to the booking.
3. Cancellation less than 7 days in advance
A cancellation made less than 7 days before the service is non refundable, except in the following cases:
A mandatory legal provision to the contrary. A more favourable specific condition communicated at the time of booking. An exceptional agreement by MEMBRE® Society. A decision by the provider or reseller allowing a refund.
4. Client no show
A client failing to attend a booked service may be treated as a late cancellation and may be non refundable, subject to the specific conditions and applicable statutory rights.
5. Modification
Any request for modification must be sent to MEMBRE® Society as soon as possible. A modification may be subject to fees or to a difference in price.
6. Cancellation by a provider
Where a service is cancelled by a provider, a reseller or an organiser, MEMBRE® Society informs the client of the available solutions. Depending on the situation, a new date, an alternative service or a refund may be offered.
7. Refunds
Where a refund is due, MEMBRE® Society processes it within a maximum of 14 days, subject to applicable legal provisions and to the technical processing times of the payment provider. The refund is issued, wherever possible, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
8. Cancellation requests
Any request must be sent to elite.membres.paris@gmail.com.
Wherever possible, the request should state: the client’s name, the booking reference, the service concerned, the date of the service, and the cancellation request itself.
The date on which the request is received is used to determine the applicable cancellation period.
