Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions of access to and use of the MEMBRE® Society platform.

Using the platform implies acceptance of these terms. Creating an account implies that the user acknowledges having read these terms.

Certain features require an account to be created.

The user undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up to date information.

Login credentials are personal and must remain confidential.

MEMBRE® Society provides access to services, offerings, experiences and premium propositions made available directly or through its network of direct resellers and direct providers.

A request made on the platform is not automatically a confirmed booking. A booking becomes final once availability has been confirmed and the conditions required for the booking have been fulfilled.

The following, in particular, is prohibited:

Knowingly providing false information. Impersonating a third party. Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes. Attempting to access unauthorised areas. Circumventing security systems. Disrupting the operation of the platform. Infringing the rights of MEMBRE® Society or of third parties.

Where a user publishes content on the platform, they warrant that they hold the rights required to publish it. Users must not publish any unlawful, fraudulent or defamatory content, or content infringing the rights of a third party.

All elements of MEMBRE® Society are protected under applicable law. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.

MEMBRE® Society may suspend or deactivate an account in the event of fraud, misuse, breach of these terms, or conduct liable to harm the platform or its users.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable, in particular due to maintenance, updates, a technical incident or a security issue.

MEMBRE® Society may amend these Terms of Use. The version published on the site is the applicable version.

These Terms of Use are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
