Terms of Sale

Last updated: 14 September 2026

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the sales and services offered by MEMBRE® Society.

2. Seller identification

Melvin Sokambi, sole trader, trading under the business name MEMBRE® Society. SIREN: 889 863 361. SIRET: 889 863 361 00024. EU VAT number: FR36889863361. 62 rue d’Amsterdam, 75009 Paris, France.

3. Services offered

Services may be offered directly or through the network of direct resellers and direct providers of MEMBRE® Society.

4. Request and order

Every request is subject to availability. A request or provisional booking does not secure final availability. An order becomes final once the service has been confirmed and, where required, payment has been validated.

5. Availability

The availability of a service depends on the date, the location, and the provider, reseller or organiser concerned, and may change until final confirmation.

6. Prices

Prices are communicated in the applicable currency. Certain services may be subject to a tailored quotation. The applicable price is the one communicated to the client before confirmation.

7. Payment

Online payments may be processed by Stripe. Where a payment is declined or left incomplete, MEMBRE® Society may decline to confirm the service.

8. Booking confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed once MEMBRE® Society confirms availability and the conditions required for the booking have been fulfilled. A ticket, voucher, invitation or other supporting document may be issued depending on the nature of the service.

9. Services delivered by resellers or providers

Certain services are delivered by third party professionals. The specific conditions of those professionals may apply in addition to these Terms of Sale.

10. Specific conditions

Certain services may be expressly stated as non refundable, non modifiable, or subject to specific cancellation conditions. These conditions are communicated to the client where they apply.

11. Cancellation

Unless different specific conditions are communicated at the time of booking, and subject to mandatory legal provisions: any cancellation made less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled date of the service is non refundable.

Where a cancellation is made at least 7 days before the service, a refund may be granted where the conditions of the service allow it.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is due, MEMBRE® Society issues it within a maximum of 14 days, unless a legal provision imposes a different period. The time taken for funds to appear in the bank account may depend on the bank or the payment provider.

13. Right of withdrawal where legally applicable

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, it is exercised in accordance with the legal provisions in force. Certain services, in particular leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period, may be excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable regulations.

14. Cancellation or unavailability caused by a provider

Where a service is cancelled by a provider, a reseller or an organiser, MEMBRE® Society informs the client of the available solutions. Depending on the situation, a new date, an alternative service or a refund may be offered.

15. Complaints

Any complaint may be addressed to elite.membres.paris@gmail.com. Clients are asked to state their name, their booking and the subject of their request.

16. Governing law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
