How much does access to a concierge cost?

Connecting through the marketplace is free. Each concierge presents their services and terms on their profile; you only pay for what you confirm.

Do I need to be a member to make a request?

No. The marketplace is open. MEMBRE® membership grants additional support and services, but is not required to contact a concierge.

Which cities do you cover?

Our network covers the main destinations across Europe, the Middle East and the Americas. If your destination isn't listed, send your request: we find the right person.

Are availability and prices guaranteed?

No availability or price is guaranteed before confirmation by the concierge. Each request is studied individually.
